Return Eligibility

• We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products
• Products must be in new or slightly used condition
• Returns must be initiated within 3 days of purchase
• We also accept product exchanges

Return Process & Fees

• Returns are accepted in-store only
• All transactions will be processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES)

• There is NO restocking fee for any returns
• Returns are completely free of charge

Product Condition Requirements

• We accept products that are either new or have been slightly used
• Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
• Opened products are eligible for return as long as they are in good condition

Exchange Information

• Product exchanges are available
• Same condition requirements apply as for returns
• Exchanges must also be processed within the 3-day window
• Exchanges can only be processed in-store

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days
• Refunds will be issued in the original payment method
• All refunds will be processed in KES
• No additional fees will be deducted from your refund
